Spud Publishing’s unique approach to the book industry drew me in because their process lets the writers collaborate and learn from one another, which is a method you don’t see in the traditional publishing process. Getting to know your fellow authors who share a table of contents with you makes it far more personable. I also love their mixed media approach which brings in illustrators who work alongside the writers to bring each story to life.

It has been a refreshing experience to work with Spud Publishing. Through their commitment to my development as an artist, I am left with the impression of a publishing company who really cares about books — a rarity in the traditional publishing world.

The Spud Pub team is very organized, upfront and friendly, I had a great time working with them on the Sequel anthology. The process from start to finish was easy to follow, collaborative and exciting. I loved the community aspect surrounding the project as well! I would definitely work with them again and recommend the experience to others.
